Pat's In-Person Schedule


My passion is to help others be the best version of themselves they can be.  To help build strong bodies, reduce stress and to encourage and empower everyone to follow their own path through this wonderful journey of life.  I strive to keep my classes positive, uplifting and most of all FUN!!!  I started this journey back in 2003 teaching Yoga and have expanded to many different fitness classes and have loved every minute of it.  I look forward to helping you on your fitness journey.
