About:

Hey!  I’m Kristen, wife to Barry and mama to 2 grown kids, Emily and Jake.  Fitness has always been an important part of my life, from playing football with my brothers in the backyard to competitive swimming. And pretty much everything in between! I graduated from the U of A with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. Maybe someday I will combine my love of kiddos with my love of fitness!
