Christi Foster is a certified Group Fitness Instructor who uses boxing as a main form of fitness. In this 90 minute class, you will learn the basics of boxing including proper breathing and posture. Bring a water bottle and your comfy athletic shoes. We work hard and have fun! 

 

Ages 16 and up. 

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-7:00pm

 

What you will need: 

 

- 14oz boxing gloves

- hand wraps

 

$40 for a four week class.
